All of my artwork is made to order - for this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as I do not hold stock. 

 

Faulty or damaged items

Despite carefully processing and packaging all your orders sometimes accidents can happen in transit but don’t worry you will be taken care of, so you have a beautiful new artwork on your wall asap. If the product has arrived faulty for any reason, please take photos of:

 

- The external box

- The damage to the artwork / frame

- More photos the better

 

Please send all photos to me via email so I can sort it out for you straight away.
