All of my artwork is made to order - for this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as I do not hold stock.
Faulty or damaged items
Unfortunately in very rare cases accidents happen, if you receive your artwork with any damage to the canvas or frame and provide images of the packaging and the artwork itself we will get a new artwork out to you ASAP. All art prints are made to order but because we will make this a priority - please allow 2-3 weeks for your replacement art.
Please send all photos to me via email so I can sort it out for you straight away.
